Consider the “Big Picture”
When we pursue a company as a new client, beyond the service offerings and industry expertise – we know that the most valuable asset we offer is our people. We seek well-rounded individuals with strong educational technical backgrounds. Team players. Individuals interested in tackling complex business issues and actively participating in process of building successful careers.
Our client service professionals represent a variety of different backgrounds. While many began their careers at MMB, others spent time at national accounting firms or were recruited from other regional and local firms. Regardless of our backgrounds, one characteristic we all share in common is an enjoyable working relationship with our colleagues at MMB. This statement is demonstrated by the fact that our staff turnover has been held at an average of 3% over the past two years, while the industry average is a 15% turnover rate. Our goal is to hire individuals who want to invest their careers at Mengel, Metzger, Barr & Co. LLP.
