Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration - University of Notre Dame Professional and Community Affiliations Ray is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, serves on the Finance Committee for the Al Sigl Center, and is the acting Board Treasurer for the Heart of Gold Children’s Foundation.  He is also involved with Wilson Commencement Park as the Board Treasurer, and a member of the Executive and Finance Committees.
