Dick specializes in business succession planning, estate planning, insurance trusts, charitable trusts, and business acquisitions and dispositions - areas that require an astute understanding of client needs and tax law.

Professional and Community Affiliations
Dick is a member of the Rochester Chapter, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the Audit, Executive, and Finance Committees for the Upstate New York Chapter of Multiple Sclerosis. He is also involved at the national board level for Multiple Sclerosis as Area Vice Chairman; a member of the Audit and Executive Committees; Finance Committee Chair; and National Treasurer. Dick is involved with the Rochester Area Community Foundation as the Audit Committee Chair, and a member of the Executive and Finance Committees. He also serves on the Executive and Finance Committees for the Salvation Army. |
