Firm Position Kathy a partner in the Elmira office, is a key member of the Firm's assurance practice, serving on the Firm’s assurance and technology committees. Professional Experience Kathy joined Mengel, Metzger, Barr & Co. LLP in 1988 as a staff accountant.  She has served a variety of businesses, with concentrations in the manufacturing, financial institution and not-for-profit industries, providing accounting, auditing and management advisory services. Education Associates Degree - Corning Community College Bachelors Degree  - St. Bonaventure University Professional and Community Affiliations Kathy currently serves as the 2nd Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and is a member of the Finance Committee of the Sullivan Trail Chapter of the American Red Cross.  She is also active with the YWCA of Elmira and the Twin Tiers as a member of the Finance Committee, in addition to serving as Treasurer for a local boy scouts troup.
